30 minutes on treadmill + 30 minutes of exercise ball
1 hour. 5.94 miles. My pacing is always kind of a disaster when I'm out of shape and building endurance, but the strength is coming back.
Biked 13.5K down to our local fair. Ate an ice cream waffle, chicken nuggets in a cone, walked (limped) around the fair checking out the sites and exhibits, including the air show. Ate some perogies and biked 13.5K back home.
