Today: 3.6 miles + 15 minutes of stretching.
Monday: 30 minutes of yoga + 6 x 45-second planks.
Tuesday: rest day: out of commission due to traveling for work, flight delay, and having a cold.
Just 2.2 yesterday. Started getting tight about 12 minutes into the run, but wasn't bad. Cross trained another 45 minutes (core and stationary cycle).
