The latest rain washed away all the snow, so I did an outdoor track workout. Temp in the mid 20s, not ideal for sprinting though.
25 minutes dynamic warmups and sprint drills.
3 sets of 4 x 100m @90%. Five minutes rest in between sets. With my daily P90X3 workouts, I'm beat.
