11.33K. First run in shorts this year.
2 miles very easy and so lovely with pileated woodpeckers making a racket while I ran. First day coaching GOTR and the girls did such a good job it was very inspiring.
Today: 3.2 mile run + core exercises (weighted sit ups, jack knives, and planks)
Forgot to post last few days:
Sunday: 1 hour of strength training + 45 minutes of cycling
Saturday: 30 minutes of strength training (kettlebell swings, pushups) + 1 hour and 45 minutes of cycling
Friday: 3-mile run
