Did my 3.3 mile hill run. Delightfully raw, 44° with drizzle.

Shot up to 68F this afternoon. 30K.
10.5 miles for the day, alternating faster (low 7s) with just running (low 8s). 44 for the week. That was my best run of the week. The workouts (hill reps and a tempo) felt sluggish but if I can keep rolling along and healthy should be feeling better over next month or two.
