Track workout today! Rode my bike 5 miles or so to the dirt path at the end of the cemetery. Scrambled down some rocks, jogged across a couple of athletic fields to the track.
8 x 400m with 200 rest. Reverse process to go home.
5 miles again with a mask. Getting used to it.

Had to wait till the rain turned into light showers this late evening. Did keep the crowds down on my favourite running trail. 13.5K

Had some driving around to do so reversed my route.
Turn-around point was my house which was weird but it went OK.
