Cloudy 68 degrees F with a breeze and a nice and easy 5 miles to welcome summer.

Been biking mostly, lately

Yesterday was 40 miles, a lot of it along the CT shore.

Summer is the worst!

I ran 4 1/2 miles then spent an hour cutting down rogue trees and vines.  Sunny, 96 degrees.  :(

Then I got drunk at the pool.  :)
