4.4km *very light* walk. Nothing fancy but good milestone on comeback. Kept heart rate in "zone 0" and noticed the birds a lot more! 2*C, 78% RH. Lovely crisp sunny morning...
... and ETA +another 1.1k at lunch for a nice 5.5km total on the day :)
