Really nice 7.3km moderate paced trail run, 9*C 52%RH.
Fairly flat trail, got my first zone 3 work of the year. This was a "threshold" workout although I was still holding back by about 10% from that level.
6:45-7:00 km pace for the threshold portion.
Not there yet but I can see it from here!
