Second week of double doubles.
AM 5.8 with 4X 5 minutes (progressively faster avg 6:53) with 1 min recovery at 5700'
PM 4.1 with 8X 1:30 hill reps at 10K effort. At 6-7% grade those were pretty tough.

12K. Usual Thursday trash and green bin dodging on the sidewalks in my neighborhood. Cold, but no snow.

First day at altitude and just squeezed in a couple of very short runs.
Combined for 3km (almost half of it on trail)
Sunny morning with crisp temps.
