I made it years ago. Used a regular internet recipe. Had a scoby after 1 month that I reused several times. Then I found out that kombucha is not healthy for my teeth, so I stopped making it and threw the scobis out. But it was fun making it.

Ah, that was a mistake. I mean the kombucha. I don't know if I'll be able to find that.

Somewhat related...I had no idea there was alcoholic kombucha. I'm not a fan of the regular kombucha, but the flavored alcohol ones are good. It's like a wine cooler for millennials.

Not recently, no. I just found a place in town with kombucha last week though. I can start making a scoby this weekend.
I finally finished a batch of kombucha! And it's great. We're leaving for two months but the fridge will be on... I'm going to try saving the scobys in the fridge.
Kombucha is great, but I stopped making and drinking it because it's so bad for your teeth.
