Ran the 50m and the 100m at tonight's all comers track meet. Got second in the 50 and third in the 100. I was the oldest one there by over 20 years. My age graded time for the 100 was 12.21.
Hot & humid, but overcast skies and waterfront run route keep things tolerable for 8K.
