Late afternoon run in 70°F temps. Unfortunately piriformis syndrome acted up in my left butt. May for a bit of an uncomfortable 11.4K.
10k "half marathon power tempo" on the road... first structured workout since early September. Felt really good and hit my power targets for both 14 minute intervals. A little warm at the start (28C) but was a great feeling to get back to some race pace running with my upcoming race just around the corner.
