AM - 7.1 miles with 5X 1400 m threshold reps on the track-kind of a grind.
PM - 4.1 miles with 5X 90 sec hill reps and 2X semi-sprints (25 seconds at about 800 m race effort).
AM - 7K run commute to work. Mostly downhill, which is good because my morning legs are usually pretty stiff and need 5K to loosen up.
PM - 7K run commute home.
