An hour of physical therapy this morning beginning work on strengthening the intact muscles in my right rotator cuff followed by 5 mile run and a 1/2 mile cooldown walk. Faced with whether or not to have surgery to repair a completely severed supraspinatus muscle in my rotator cuff and have 3 to 6 miles off running, I decided to go the let's see if we can just strengthen the other muscles to improve function and keep running route instead.
12.1 miles with 2X2 mile tempo and overall progression.
6K leading out Run Club and 14K worth of bike commuting.
