Went to San Francisco a week ago last Thursday for my grandson's wedding. Only there through last Sunday but managed to mess up a big toe to the point that today's the first day I've felt ok to do a run. Got 3 miles in without issues.
I got in 51 miles this week and did a 50 min spin on the exercise bike on my day off from running. Legs and energy levels are better, the previous two weeks (post XC championships in Florida) were a little rough.
Beautiful Spring day. First one with temps a few ticks above average and sunny. Got 25K in.
Supposed to be a long run, but postponed due to doing a long bike day on Saturday.
So just 7k mostly easy group trail run, varied paces based on who I ran with.
