Good running weather here. 65°F and light gray cloud cover. I did 5 miles again.
Did a workout at the track here today. Really nice HS track that is usually open to the public, when not in use.
2 mile warm up, 1 mile tempo (6:30), 2X 800 a little faster 3:13, 3:08, and 2X 400 in 1:29, 1:30 all off of 200 m jog recovery. Legs are coming back.
Running a half marathon this weekend.
Later in the day I did 4 miles around the neighborhood.
Just a 30 minute walk while my kid is at piano lessons. Otherwise a rest day.
4.4 miles. My legs were kind of tired from yesterday's long run but they felt much better afterwards.
