Easy 3.2 today, first run back, following last week's marathon. Legs were a little tight and knees questionable, not sure if they were sore or just kind of stiff. I'm going to continue icing and starting in on some strength-stability exercises.
3 miles again on a mildly hilly course. Weather was perfect at 50° and blue skies.
5.25 miles in town. Weather was awesome, sunny and 57°F. I did a few quick-ish laps on a cinder track cause I was feeling good even though I have a long run tomorrow.
