Run commute day. 7K to work in the late morning, 7K back home in the early evening.
2 mile warm up, 4 miles at brisk tempo pace(avg 5:40 per mile), 4x200 meter at 800 meter pace with 200 meter jog between, 2 mile cool down.
Very happy with the work out!
The roads were wet and it was flurrying with a bit of wind at about 32°F.
