Moderate effort 4 mile run on a nice sunny and slightly breezy 42° day.
Well damn. That heading should be Wednesday. Damn. Being old and retired...

Nope. Weekday takes precedence over numerical date in the event of a conflict/typo.
Thursday February 26th:
8k trail hike+run with my sweetie.
1 did two short sprints mid-hike, the first was by design, the second was due to the discovery of the loss of some of my trail food from a pocket. Backtracked 700m and found it, no littering and also I didn't starve.
11*C this
Thursday morning.
I finally got my Philadelphia Broad Street Run invite today, almost two weeks after they picked the lottery winners. But I'm in and I'm pumped!
Today(Thursday) I ran a little over 4 miles and got in some strides. Legs are feeling a little bit tired, I skipped my off day this week, but I'm going to massage them tonight and take it really easy tomorrow night in preparation for my 10K Saturday. The weather was good, 38°F and sun till it got dark around mile 3.
Got my monthly half marathon distance run in. 21.4K to be exact.
5.5 miles fairly slow, legs still feeling last weekend's 50K ski. Perfect late winter day with sunshine, just a breeze, and low 30s.

Hopefully we'll get one more weekend on the snow this season — planning a Colorado trip at the end of March. Not counting on any snow though :/
