7K morning commute run in 14°F temps and 2K evening run from the subway station in 35°F temps.
Since it was 30°F and raining I ended up on the treadmill. I scaled the workout back accordingly because I hate the treadmill.
2 mile warm up, 2 x 1 mile below 10K pace, 2 mile cool down.
10km late afternoon trail run with a small group.
Solid zone 2 for the entire run.
Rain is coming soon and I'm due a day off or two. Back at it Thursday or Friday (probably will still be soggy).
