4K run to a 350 meter hill for 5 repeats, and then 4K back home.
Left calf still bugging me a little bit. Taking much precaution so I don't tweak it more, so I just did a fast 2.5 mile walk and it felt OK. I tested a jog a few times and it felt a little tight.
Aging sucks! :roll:
4 miles in the neighborhood. Mainly stayed in zones 2 and 3, but the ramped up to tempo for the last mile.
