First run post marathon. Easy 5.5K. Cool with light showers.
How are the legs FE?
Today I figure I'm finally ready for some structure. 1.5 mile warm up, hill work that was 8x45 seconds at 5K effort then jog back down then 6x30 seconds at mile effort, and a 1.5 mile warm down. It felt pretty good.

Not bad. Since it was a marathon at basically long run pace, legs aren't as sore as a maximal pace effort.
Definitely feeling some fatigue in the legs after about 3K.
Looking at a half marathon mid June now.
