AM (33 clear) was 6.8 miles with 4X 1 mile tempo on the track at LT1 (under LT2), 6:54, 6:51, 6:44, 6:41
PM (43 cloudy and blustery, felt cold!) 5.2 miles on a grass loop (ski trail beginner loop) that has a couple hills with 6X 2:05-2:18 and short recovery, 2X 45 sec hill reps

Chill here too. 8.6K. Still feeling post marathon legs, but pace was surprisingly normal.
Decent weather, right around 50°F and partly cloudy. 4.20 miles and I forgot to do my strides
