7.4 miles with light tune up workout that included 5 minutes of tempo and 2X 300, 200, 100 m.
2 mile warm up, 3x2 miles (6:09 5:55, and 5:42) with 2 minute walking rest between, 2 mile cool down. Just over 10.25 miles total.
Couldn't have asked for better weather. I do these workouts on the river rail to avoid all the tight turns on a track and it has the added benefit of being mostly shaded.
