3 mile warm up, 5x1 mile w/ 400 jog with the 4th the hammer rep between( 5:45, 43, 37, 22, 35), 2 mile cool down. Just a bit over 11 miles total.
Did it on the packed cinder rail trail and the weather was great. I was kind of beat going into it from being up with the baby but I'm glad I got it done!
