3 miles today doing Fartleks.

Got caught in some thunderstorms mid run. Sought shelter under a school vestibule for about 15 minutes, when the rains subsided got 1K more, then another wave came through and this time I shelter at a Rec Centre for 20 minutes. Eventually got 10K in.

Did another double. 8 miles in the morning and 4 miles at lunch.
