14.3 miles in the wind driven rain. It was like 57°F so I wore a light Smartwool t-shirt. The weather wasn't pleasant but definitely beat the heck out of a treadmill.
My nipples are kind of chafed though.
Worked a Run for the Cupcakes this morning. Sadly there wasn't any cupcakes left after course clean up. :(
After watching some football, went out for a evening run. Weather was perfect up here. Cool and dry. 6K.
