Happy Canadian Thanksgiving.
Worked a 14 mile relay race in Niagara Falls in the morning. Walked around the Falls area a bit and made the 100 minute drive home to Toronto. Took a nap and went out for a run. Made it 10K before the hip started to tighten up.
