A chilly 30°F in the fog to start my 16.1 mile Sunday Funday Long run. The more long runs I do the better they feel.
Ended the week with 73.9 miles.
Three miles at tempo pace on a more fall like mildly chilly day.

Ran the Toronto Waterfront Marathon. Went in knowing I would have a terrible finishing time due to a hip issue that curtailed my training and prevented me from doing any long runs over 11K for 7 weeks. Plus, I would be setting up and working the race expo all four days prior, that required me to be on my feet for 10-12 hours on a concrete floor, killing my legs.
Yup, the race sucked. Started the run/walk at 18K on some uphills, and it got worst in the second half of the race. More walking than running for the most part.
Huge personal worst at 5+ hours. :wah:
Anyways, chalk up marathon race distance #95.
FE not so sure of your sanity, but your courage and determination are amazing. Congratulations on being able to complete #95. What's your hip think of the run today?

I question my sanity all the time.
Hip is sore, but no worst than after some 10K training runs. Usual leg soreness going down stairs.
