I have never had canned oysters, but am wiling to give it a try, since they have a good iron content. Has anyone tried them, have any suggestions for use or for kind to buy?
I have only ever eaten fresh, raw oysters. I remember them to be pretty bland. (not to mention excessively expensive.)
I love canned oysters. Try them on a small piece of toasted sourdough, with cream cheese and green onions. Delicious!
DD and my ex love them. They prefer the smoked ones. They like them on crusty bread, or crackers, with cheese.
