Tues - 10 @ 850 pace
Weds - 10 with 9 @ 7:55-8:06 pace
Thurs - 10 @ 855 pace
Fri - 2 easy, long run tomorrow :runner:
10 miles with 6x30 seconds @ 5K effort, 2:00 recovery.
Rest day! Swimming later. 12k race tomorrow.

10-mile walk in downtown Albany and along the Hudson.
