Oh nice. :o
Just joking, I really was never a trail runner.
And now I live in an area where its sand, road, or treadmill.

It's wonderful to run near the sea. Expecially during the night. Maybe? ;D
I used to run on the beach a lot when I lived in NJ.
I've done the occasional beach run down here at sunset... and it's very nice.

Mario, de donde eres?
Yes, I love to run on trail. I'm headed out for a sloppy trail run now: it's mountainous here and it rained all night, so will be interesting to see the condition of the trails, to say the least.

I like trail running, do not do it often enough, but half of the races i run seem to be on trails.

Nice! U do races! I run by myself when i have some free time. But not races. Amatorial. It should be nice to race. ^-^
merigayle runs very very far
ella es una locura :chicken:
I have a tough trail race coming up early October and need to get back on the trails so i do not die on the trails.
good for you ! keep running guys !
enjoy trail running !
I've grown to like trails after my hip surgery, because there is a lot less pounding than from the roads. Yes, you should expect to fall. A little bruise or a little bleeding is a badge of honor. Try not to roll your ankle though. I use trail shoes - Innov8's are terrific. You definitely run slower on the trails than on the roads, but the workout is great. The uneven terrain is great for your calves, and ankles.

When u go on running out of path it's amazing. Expecially when nature is wonderful. I will go also on winter. When possible! :))
Thanks for ur wonderful post.
Thanks arrojo. This is the link. Wonderful shoes.

Today 1 hour and half of trail. Very nice :))
I have had injury problems with my feet. I worry that an uneven surface may cause me to trip or otherwise re-injure my feet. I do like running trail races but have held off while recovering. Running in the woods during the fall leaf color change is awesome.

Right. The beauty of running plus the beauty of nature. And good air too. I really love this sport. :))
@mariobrega, if it please you, please join our daily workout threads.
What does it mean? Sorry i can't understand it in english. You mean to write also in other thread of forum? Thanks
Today i ran 1hour and 20. But of course with pauses. I like to run also on steps. Rocky style. I suggest it. Its very good for muscles elasticity. Bye
mariobrega, he means the threads in this folder that are titled with the day. "Monday, August 25" is where we post our runs for today.
I went on some easy trails on Sunday, while looping around a local park that has adjacent walking trails. I have to say, despite learning that I have a lousy sense of direction in the woods as I went about in circles, I really liked it. More of that, for sure. (But less of the circles, hopefully, as I learn to be more attentive to trail markers.)
Today 1 hour and half. Very hard but very nice. Amazing landscape. ;D
a wonderful trail competition !!!
that is really hard... i can't imagine that !

excuse me,
this is CH Runners forum, what is CH for ? Switzerland ? thanks :groucho:
CH= club house = a forum from a long time ago at another website that has pretty much died.
I had a couple friends run that race this weekend, looks incredible!
Were you asking about trail shoes? the easiest thing would be to see if your regular running shoe has a trail model, many have a trail equivalent. Otherwise it is more trial and error, imo, for your foot and the type of trails you run.

Thanks. I really don't like anymore Italian forum about football.soccer. I have been banned many times from there for my opinions. Thanks
In this period I'm running less because I'm working to fix my shop.
