Legs were tired after doing 8 miles with 2@6:45 last night.

8 miles at lunch. Cloudy and hot, 71°.
5 and some weights.
No gloves, but it was cool enough for my nose to run for the first three miles. So gloves probably would have helped after all.
Day off, but a couple miles of walking at work.
10 miles...middle of the afternoon...I'm beyond ready for fall...

14.1 miles.. Friday night started at 6 ish.. Man it's getting darker erlier
Greasy food for dinner, stomach hurts, legs tired.
No run for me, I need a night off.
Lap swim for about 25 minutes. Blergh.
