Up early, 15-ish mile bike ride, conversational pace, many times around a loop at a local park with a friend.

5 miles at lunch.  Warm and cloudy, 65 degrees.

8 miles, muggy.

3.5 more miles easy after work.

9 miles easy. Felt very creaky for the first few miles. Might need an extra rest day soon.
