5 miles. Had the KLF song stuck in my head the whole dang time. Uh huh-a, uh huh uh huh.
Track workout today! Actually we are doing hill repeats. 12 x 1/4 mile. Killer workout; looking forward to it.
Weights, stretch, and...no, that's it.

Need a bit of rest. Been running 50 mile weeks these past 4. Went out today and mojo was no where to be found.
Out for 3.3 easy miles, taper week, a little bit of a faster pace mid-run, but felt good all the way through.
About 7 miles including:
1-mile warm up
3 x 1 mile at 6:45 pace with 1 minute rests
3 x 3 minutes at 6:12 pace with 2 minute jog recoveries
3 x 200 meters with 200 meter jog recoveries
1-mile cool down
5... tonight was beautiful.
