Rest day today, although I may go out for a walk later tonight if DH wants to join me.
Woke up feeling nauseated but I went to the gym anyway. Felt better, then ran 4 miles with my trainer friend. Now I'm right back to feeling pretty sick to my stomach. Yay.
8 miles on the beach. Mosquitos were very bad.

Rest again. I really fucked up my knees and don't want to aggravate it. Tomorrow.
Tri recovery day...went for a 20 min walk.
10 miles....
5 enjoyable miles.
Hip felt a little better and managed 5K. Had a late meeting that I biked to and fro for 22K in total.
9 that felt easy, resting the day before a long run made quite a difference.
