Gym stuff & 4 miles. That run felt WAY better than I expected it to after this weekend. I am looking forward to diving in & really focusing on marathon training now.

9 miles. It's a beautiful day, and my pace was fine, but I am struggling so much with motivation this fall. I'm registered for a half on Oct. 26 and I DO NOT feel like doing long runs. I was really grouchy all morning before heading out, although the run today did end up being pretty good. I'm happy to work out, I just don't feel like running more than 6 miles or so....
Also 9 miles. My longest run in quite a while.
