Rest day today. Starting tomorrow, I am back into regular training mode. No more "taking it easy" after the marathon that I did 8 days ago.
Strength work (new phase!) and 4 recovery miles.
Seven miles. Beautiful morning, felt great.

22 pullups, 130 lunges, plus core and ab work.
I felt too good to rest, 5 miles.
3.25 miles, easy pace, for an old lady. ;)
