7 miles, 4 at a moderate tempo pace. Pouring rain.
Taking the extra rest day yesterday was a great idea. Feeling good. :)
There's nothing like an extreme-weather run to make you feel hard core! :)
I ran 11 yesterday in rain and extreme wind.
I'll run 6.5 later this afternoon.
weights plus one hour on a recumbent bike
6 miles in rain. Wore DH's new rainproof jacket. It was BIG on me, but it's actually nicer to wear the baggy gear.
4, decent pace.
Ran an unknown distance for about an hour, which included 12 x 90-second fartleks, with 90 seconds rest. Pleasantly rainy, windy and raw, 50 degrees. My back hurt a little before the run, but now it feels better.
7 hardcore and bad ass.
"Why bad ass?", you ask. I'll tell you, because not only did I run 7 miles in this wind and rain and cold, but I also stopped to REMOVE A WHOLE TREE from the middle of the road. That's why.
5.8 miles including 3 miles at lactate threshold.
