I got the one with the ball bearings... I don't love it. I think I want the one that looks like a big pool noodle but with ridges.
No responses?
I have one of those massaging pillows with the the balls that roll up and down. When I get crampy calves I lay on my stomach and get one of the kids to press it down on my calves.
:d
I recently got this.. Recommended by my coach.. It fits in all the spots

I love this for my calves, and some other spots - it's like The Stick meets a foam roller, and the ridges are good stuff.

For the big muscles, still the regular foam roller - and I also lay on it lengthwise with my arms relaxed to the floor to open up chest/shoulders.
And you can't beat the old faithful for getting into the hips and the tops of the hamstrings into the glutes...

After two months of rehab, I will say the Orb that MOS linked is the best rehab tool I've used. The stick? Worthless. Foam roller? Has its uses. Get the Orb.
