I forgot to set the alarm. I squeezed in three miles. It was effing cold.
Cold and dark! Brain not functioning.
Track workout tonight! Supposed to be in the 20's woo-hoo! FInally, some decent running weather. My workout will be 5 x 200 m repeats @ 80-85% top speed (targetting 35-37 secs).
5K in wind and snow flurries. :snowball: Just a nice easy recovery run post marathon Sunday.
