Also did strength routine (lunges, squats, pushups, etc) later.

7.3 mile run and 2 mile walk with DH later on in the afternoon.

3 mile walk & some kettle bell swings. Today's my last day of my one week post-race R&R/eat it all bonanza. Ready to go back to normal now.
