7 miles.   Cold but not too cold and sunny.

Rest day. I'm not running a lot of miles, but I picked up the pace on my easy runs and I'm feeling some delayed fatigue.

Up at sparrows and ran a short 4 mile in warm and humid conditions.

I'm off to milers club tonight, first race starting at 7.00 pm.
I really love these events, the sun has gone down and its a lot cooler.
Do you have milers events?
A great concept, you just submit your personal best time and you are placed in a group who run about your time.  A pacer is provided who normally peels off at 600m in the 800  and 1200m in the 1,500.

Changed my mind.  Did 3-mile warm up, 6 miles in 35:30, then 1-mile cool down.
