I'm going to do a daytime run, I'll be back with the exciting results.

5, it was cloudy and breezy...enjoyable.

Ice Cream

I am not very committed to it: It's 4 loops on a very boring course. I plan to run 20 and walk 10 min. It will be very cold. Long range predictions call for 15 degrees.  No predictions about wind.
