If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Ice Cream

snowshoe; bushwalking and making trail. Slow going, but good workout for 135 min.

Handsome Jack

8 miles. Felt like just going straight, so I did. Snow started as I got home.

First up, shoveling a long, deep path with friends for about 45 minutes.   Now my friend can get her oil delivery!

Then I walked to the gym and ran 5 miles, walked home.

YEAH!

7 miles....first run since last Sunday's marathon...5 days off is the longest that I can remember and it was killing me!  I'm still sick (chest cold), but I couldn't wait any more...

Eco Ellen

Fifteen miles on the treadmill, with twelve miles at marathon pace. I was a little afraid to try for some reason, but it turned out to be a good run.  Not particularly easy, so I still have some work to do, but a confidence booster in the end.

The past couple of weather weeks are kind of messing with my mind.

5 miles in a jacket, fun and fast.
