Homemade ice cream cake?

No ice cream cake.



I made 25 meringue mushrooms so there was enough for everyone to get one with each slice. The cake was 4 layers tall, so i took the top two off, refrosted the bottom two and sliced and served. While i was performing surgery on the cake, DH handed out fruit "wands" to the kids which was fruit cut with mini cookie cutters and put on skewers.
