are actually edible when roasted, who knew? I keep getting them from my CSA and keep giving them away. Recently someone told me they taste totally different roasted, total success. DD ate them and then cried for more! WTF?

yes, we often roast them (our garden is full of them, so we have to include them in everything.  radish pancakes, anyone?).

I do not like them raw and get them often from the CSA, i usually give them away, but someone told me about roasting them and now we love them!

You can slice them up and put them in stir fries, too.
