16.6K on the Toronto waterfront.  Abbey normal temps at close to 60F = long sleeeved tee and shorts.

Good way to start the day.

8k with DH and the boys. Beautiful morning and DS1 beat DS2 for probably the first time ever. I ran under an 11 mm pace which was a lot better than expected.  DH pulled a calf muscle with half a mile to go so not a good day for him.
