so, hey.  i tore my anterior talofibular ligament two years ago this coming april.
totally healed now, and ROM is fine, but jesus if it doesn't hurt if i happen to extend it just the right way (say, putting my foot down on a wobbly rock, or perfectly slick root).  what do you lovelies think?  should i just keep stretching and working on ROM, or what?

Witchy, if ROM is fine, maybe you should be working on strength, stabilization and proprioception muscles? 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
